Radhika Jaswant Panchole (born 6 October 2009) is an Indian karate player from Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. She holds a First Dan Black Belt and serves as the captain of the ALET Sports Academy team. She has represented India internationally, winning a gold medal at the Universal International Karate Championship in Nepal in 2025.

Early life and education

Radhika Panchole was born on 6 October 2009 in Mhow, Indore district, Madhya Pradesh. Her father, Jaswant Panchole, is a businessman who runs "Radhika Mahila Grah Udyog," and her mother, Shobha Panchole, owns "Rudra Food Product."

She is currently pursuing her secondary education (Class 10) at Shreyas Little Champs Academy in Mhow.

Career

Panchole began her formal sports training in August 2025 after meeting mentor Shihan Amay Lashkari during a fencing tournament. She joined the ALET Sports Academy, training under Lashkari and coach Mahi Dharmendra Dharu. While her primary focus is karate, she also trains in Fencing and Kickboxing.

On 15 November 2025, she attained the rank of First Dan Black Belt. Due to her performance and leadership skills, she was appointed Team Captain of her academy.

National competitions

In October 2025, Panchole competed in the 21st National Karate-Do Championship organized by the State Bank of India (SBI) in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. She won a Gold Medal in the Kata event and a Silver Medal in the Kumite event.

She also participated in the International Shito-Ryu Karate Organization of India (ISKOI) National Championship in Rishikesh, where she secured a Gold Medal. In November 2025, she was selected to represent the Madhya Pradesh state team at the 6th National Karate Championship.

International competitions

In December 2025, Panchole represented India at the 1st Universal International Karate Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The tournament included participants from Pakistan, Qatar, Bangladesh, and Bhutan. Panchole secured a Gold Medal in the Team Kata category and a Bronze Medal in Kumite.

Other works

Beyond active competition, Panchole has served as an official in the sport. On 14 November 2025, she officiated as a District-Level Referee during the ALET Sports Academy Tournament. She is also active in motivational speaking at her school, advocating for gender equality in sports.
